Bottled at 46% alcohol strength and non-chill filtered, this Small Batch bottling has a distinct rich, dark colour – extracted purely from the fine Spanish Sherry butts used maturation.

Nose: A richly spiced character woven into delicious vanilla.

Palate: Sweet, stewed fruits and dark chocolate fused with nutmeg and cinnamon, a result of years slumbering in Spanish Sherry butts.

Finish: Displays a burst of zesty orange with fresh ginger, cocoa, and rich fruitcake.
